Polk County Accident Report

Submitted On August 31st at approximately 2:20pm, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to 340th Ave SW near the intersection of 110th St SW, rural East Grand Forks, for a reported pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian, 46-year old Donald Howard of Oklee, was reportedly securing a load on a trailer when he was struck by the vehicle driven by 41-year old Kristina Potucek of Warren.

Minnesota State Patrol Accident Report

Submitted On Thursday, September 1 at approximately 2:40 pm, the Minnesota State Patrol responded to HWY 75 at County Road 21, Angus Township in Polk County, for a two-vehicle crash. Jacob Waldorf of Warren, MN drove his Grand AM east-bound on County Road 21 when he crossed over HWY 75, colliding with Joann Papke of Clearbrook, MN in her Honda Civic going south-bound on HWY 75.
