Crookston Fire's Pancake Breakfast during Ox Cart Days has reportedly broken an attendance record with close to 850 plates served. Both pancakes and french toast were offered along with breakfast sausage from B&E Meats plus juice and coffee.

Over a dozen firefighters volunteered at the event helping to make the batter, cook, fry, serve and clean up.
