The University of Minnesota Crookston women’s golf squad finished 10th out of 10 teams at the Augustana Invitational played Sept. 28 and 29 at Elmwood Golf Course in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The Golden Eagles had team scores of 402 and 407 overall. Peyton Hennen (Fr., Morris, Minn.) finished with rounds of 98 and 101. Allison Bot (Sr., Minneota, Minn.) carded a 94 and 106 overall on the weekend. Anna Olson (Jr., Fertile, Minn.) improved by five strokes Sunday going from a 104 to a 99. Camryn Larson (So., Fertile, Minn.) notched rounds of 106, and 103, while Madi Andring (Fr., Hawley, Minn.) tallied rounds of 106 and 104.

University of Sioux Falls claimed the team title with a 618, besting Augustana University bi eight strokes. The individual crown was claimed by Lexi Jonas of Sioux Falls with rounds of 78 and 72, as she upended Augustana’s Hannah Hankinson by two strokes.

The Golden Eagles have completed their 2019 fall slate. Minnesota Crookston will return with dates during the 2019 spring season.
