CHS Winter PAC Meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the CHS Auditorium for students who plan to be in boys and girls basketball, boys and girls hockey, wrestling, dance team, and speech. Students will then report to their specific activity meeting at 6:30 p.m.

RiverView Health and ECFE Teddy Bear Clinic will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at RiverView. Tour the hospital, learn from experts and get your teddy bear checked out.

Crookston Eagles On Monday, they’ll have $6 burger baskets from 5:30-7 p.m. On Tuesday, they’ll have a Township meeting at 6:30 p.m. On Wednesday, they’ll have Dart League at 7 p.m. On Thursday, they’ll have a kids’ Halloween Party from 5-7 p.m. with free food, games and prizes for kids 12 and under, plus they’ll have Bar Bingo at 7 p.m. On Friday, they’ll have Bar Bingo at 6 p.m., the kitchen will serve food from 5:30-7:30 p.m. On Saturday, they’ll have Bar Bingo at 3:30 p.m. and a dinner from 6-7 p.m.

Golden Link Senior Center On Oct. 30 they’ll show a free movie “The Hustle” at 1:30 p.m. On Nov. 7 and 8 they’ll have a trip to see “Mamma Mia” at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. RiverView Health Free Breast Cancer Screening Events will be held October 30 from 5-7 p.m. at RiverView’s Diagnostic Imaging Department. Halloween Night Food Drive will be held Thursday, October 31 with members of the CHS Leo Club collecting canned goods. The collection this year will be going to the Care and Share. If your house is missed, call Linda at CHS at 281-2144 and she will pick up.  

Halloween Photos at Joyful Heart Photography will be held from 4-7:30 p.m. at the studio on South Broadway. It’s the 7th annual event and everyone in costume is welcome to stop in for a complimentary Facebook photo.

Crookston Library: Decorate a Candy Bag will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. at the library. Enjoy witch’s brew and a snack while decorating a candy bag before trick or treating.

Trunk or Treat at Cobblestone Hotel will be held from 4-6 p.m. at the Cobblestone in Crookston. There will be candy, music and costumes. Prizes for best decorated trunk.

UMC Trunk or Treat will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on the Campus Mall. The first 300 people will receive free trick or treat bags as well as free entrance to UMC home athletic events. Toys will be available for any kids with allergies to any component of candy. Backup location will be the Wellness Center.

Our Savior’s Trunk or Treat will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Wish Upon A Star parking lot.

UMC Volleyball will face Bemidji State University at 6 p.m. in Lysaker Gym.

FREE Halloween Movies at the Grand Theatre will begin at 7 p.m. with a family movie and then at 9:30 p.m. they’ll show a scary movie. Both shows have a costume contest with prizes along with Halloween specials at the concession stand.
