Tell me a little bit about yourself- what are your hobbies, interests, extracurriculars?
I enjoy spending my free time training and competing with my horses , playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
What are your future plans for after high school?
I plan to attend college for biomedical engineering, and possibly go on to grad school.
What is your platform, and why did you choose this? Do you have any previous involvement in this issue?
My platform is “understanding mental disabilities” I chose this platform because I have seen first hand how little some people understand and how quick people are to judge those who have mental disabilities.
What's your talent, and why did you choose your particular talent?
I am playing a flute solo because I have been playing flute for years and like the music it is capable of making.
Why did you decide to run for Miss Crookston?
I thought it would be a good opportunity to push my boundaries and build my character.
What would you like to accomplish as Miss Crookston?
I would like to spread awareness of mental disabilities and hopefully educate people.
What would it mean to you to be crowned Miss Crookston 2019?
It would mean that I could actually make a difference in our community!
