    Lots of county roads in Polk County will undergo various construction and improvement projects during the 2019 construction season.


    Here’s the project list and details, provided by the Polk County Highway Department:


    • Polk County Highway 3: Grading, bituminous overlay and aggregate shoulders from Polk County Highway 20, two miles north of Fosston to the east county line


    • Polk County Highway 10: Bituminous overlay and curb and gutter at Maple Lake’s East Shore


    • Polk County Highway 24: Bituminous overlay and aggregate shoulders from Trunk Highway 2 to Polk County Highway 27, seven miles east of Fosston


    • Polk County Highway 36: Bituminous overlay and bituminous shoulders from Polk County Highway 42 to Polk County Highway 34, five miles south of Erskine


    • Polk County Highway 41: Bituminous overlay and bituminous shoulders from Polk County Highway 42 to Polk County Highway 34, three miles south of Erskine


    • Polk County Highway 42: Bituminous overlay and bituminous shoulders from Polk County Highway 42 to Polk County Highway 41, seven miles south of Erskine


    • Polk County Highway 61, Polk County Highway 111: Bituminous overlay and handicap ramps in Fisher


    • Polk County Highway 115: Bituminous overlay in Fosston


    • Polk County Highway 210: Bituminous surfacing for 500 feet at BNSF railroad tracks


    • Polk County Highway 44: Stabilized aggregate base from Trunk Highway 2 to Polk County Highway 45


    • Polk County Highway 45: Stabilized aggregate base from Trunk Highway 9 to Polk County Highway 44


    • Polk County Highway 228: Stabilized aggregate base from Trunk Highway 102 to Trunk Highway 2
