Open house March 15
The NW MN Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority in Mentor announces that Charity Brault has been hired as the agency’s new executive director, succeeding the retired Lee Meier.
A lifelong resident of Crookston and Gentilly, Brault earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Minnesota Crookston in 1996. Brault is an experienced leader with a background in human resources, leadership, training development and delivery, and organizational management. Brault joins the HRA from a railroad construction company in Grand Forks, where she was human resources director. Previous to that, Brault spent six years as division coordinator for a non-profit in Thief River Falls. Prior to that, Brault spent 12 years as general manager at the AmericInn in Crookston, where she opened the lodging property in 1997.
Brault will be officially welcomed at an open house and meet-and-greet on Friday, March 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the HRA office at 206 Garfield Avenue in Mentor.
