A contract has been signed with RBJ’s Restaurant of Crookston to provide local seniors, ago 60 and above, with the Diner’s Club Program in Crookston. Serving times will be available anytime Monday-Friday. Diner’s will be able to choose from six different senior meal choices throughout the day.
A Diner’s Club ticket can be obtained from Hugo’s and American Federal Bank in Crookston during their regular business hours for a suggested donation of $4 to $8.
All Diner’s Club tickets must include the person’s name, address, and date of birth.
When you pick up your Diner’s Club card/cards, you will be given an envelope that contains a NAPIS form. This must be completed and brought to RBJ’s and given to the server with your first ticket used. Only one NAPIS (Nutrition Aging Program Informational System) form needs to be completed and is good for one year and needs to be completed and returned for participation in the program.
When using the Diner’s Club, make sure to ask your server to see what the Diner’s Club menu and present your card for payment of the meal. Only one ticket can be uesd per day, or for 31 meals per month. The Diner’s Club ticket does not include coffee or tip.

The Diner’s Club program is provided by Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and funded through the Older Americans Act, which is administered by the Minnesota Board on Aging with a contract through the Land of the Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging.
