238 employees from 22 different departments will share in $319,000 in bonuses

    RiverView Health’s mission is to deliver a healthcare experience that consistently exceeds patients’ expectations through exceptional people providing exceptional care for exceptional outcomes.

    Last week, those exceptional people were rewarded with incentive compensation bonuses for work well done.

    For the fourth year in a row, bonuses are being given to employees who met or exceeded performance goals that attributed to RiverView’s successful 2017.

    A total of 238 employees from 22 different departments will share in $319,000 in bonuses.

    According to RiverView President/CEO Carrie Michalski, RiverView Health’s 2017 success was driven by strong patient volume growth, increases in patient satisfaction, and a record level of community give back.

    In addition, employee turnover fell by 4 percent; all of this resulting in a total margin of 5.8 percent.
