NDSU faculty developing artificial intelligence technology to predict onset of diabetes

Submitted Fargo, N.D., Aug. 30, 2022 – Danling Wang, assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering, Jen Li, professor of computer science, and Kristine Steffen, professor of pharmaceutical sciences, have been awarded more than $1.4 million from the National Science Foundation to develop cutting-edge healthcare technology using artificial intelligence and to improve the area’s workforce.

Now is the Time to Get Kids Caught Up on Immunizations

Crookston - Give your child the best shot at a healthy school year by ensuring they are up-to-date on immunizations. August is National Immunization Awareness Month and an excellent time to make an appointment for a well-child checkup so your child’s primary care provider can make sure immunizations are up to date. If needed, a sports physical can also be completed during a well-child exam.

2nd Annual e-Race Stigma Community Walk/Run Aims to Provide Hope and Healing

CROOKSTON, Minn. August 29, 2022 – We invite the Crookston and surrounding communities to join us for the 2nd Annual e-Race Stigma Community 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, September 17, 2022. The free event will kick off at Crookston High School at 10 a.m. New this year, we're adding a 5K run option. Participants will receive a swag bag, and there will be food trucks on site.
