  • Watermelon now a popular cocktail ingredient

  • It’s easy to see why. Watermelon is refreshing, not overly sweet, and it adds a lovely pink hue to libations. Here are three cocktail recipes from the National Watermelon Promotion Board. We find the Spiked Watermelon Balls especially clever.
