The Minnesota Twins are coming to town. KROX radio is sponsoring the 2009 Twins Winter Caravan, which will be in Crookston on Wednesday, January 14. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Northland Inn and include a video, question and answer session, and an autograph session.
Members of the Twins scheduled to appear at pitcher Glen Perkins, Manager Ron Gardenhire and hitting coach Joe Vavra.
The cost of the event is $4, which includes a hot dog, chips and a pop. Profits from the event will go to the Kids First program in Crookston. Tickets are available at the KROX studios.
