    Katherine Geist continued her dominant season winning the Warroad Invitational 5K. Geist not only won, but set a course record with a time of 19:22.46. Emily Gillette placed 30th in a time of 26:04.08.       "[The] girls ran well on a beautiful day in Warroad," East Grand Forks Head Coach Kirk Misialek said. "Training has been good and [there's] lots of work yet to be done before the middle of the season."       Geist's and Gillette's next race is Thursday, September 13th in Ada.
