Crookston won two games over the weekend against Park Rapids and Dilworth.

    The Reds (12-11) have not lost a game since June 17 and climbed over the .500 mark with a pair of weekend wins over Park Rapids and Dilworth. Crookston exploded for 15 runs on Friday, July 6 against Park Rapids to win 15-5.

    Will Zimmerman hit a home run and Bailey Schmitz added three RBIs. Zimmerman, Dave Grabowski, Matt Morin and Blake Kawlewski each drove in two runs.

    Minder pitched a complete game and struck out six against Dilworth in the 7-4 win on Sunday, July 8. Due to errors, none of Dilworth’s runs were charged to Minder.

    Lars Brevik knocked in two runs and Schmitz collected one RBI.

    Crookston will return home to face the Ada A’s on Wednesday, July 11 at 8 p.m. (bottom left) Jackson Seibel rounds second base against Park Rapids.
