Marietta Geist runs as a sophomore on the Carleton cross country team.

NORTHFIELD, Minn. -- Marietta Geist, Carleton class of 2020, of Crookston, is a member of the Carleton College women's cross country team for the 2017 season. Geist attended Central High School.   

    The Knights are coached by Donna Ricks, who is in her 25th season as head coach. Carleton is a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and NCAA Division III.   

    In seven races this season, the Knights have placed first in four.
