They hosted Dilworth after two double-headers on the road

    Crookston Reds Baseball won three out of five games over the weekend traveling to Warroad and Roseau, and then hosting Dilworth at Jim Karn Field. Saturday, they swept Warroad with scores of 8-3 and 7-6, and came off of a three-game win streak before losing to Roseau 9-1 and 6-3. With a home-field advantage Saturday evening, they pulled ahead of Dilworth with a 3-1 win.

    The Reds posted on social media that the new offensive leaders include Crookston High School 2015 graduate Seth Desrosier with a .382 batting average, Rob Silvers with seven RBIs, Noah Zimmerman with eight stolen bases, CHS senior Alex LaFrance with three hits by the pitcher and eight runs by Matt Morin.

    Their next game is Wednesday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m. against the Ada A’s at Tony Sipe Field.
