- The Fagen Fighters WWII?Museum held its grand opening this Saturday at the Granite Falls airport. At least 3,000 people attended and 70 aircraft flew in for the event that offered WWII Trainer Flights, live music from the Mill Pond Jazz Orchestra, hero co-pilot of the Hudson Bay crash landing speaker, Jeff Skiles, and more. While significant additions had been made since the first look at the museum in June, according to Diane Fagen, what is currently in place is ?only the beginning.?
