Gardening Day in Crookston

On Saturday, May 18, kid 13 and under were invited to join in some gardening fun at D & D's Thomforde Garden Center. The event was sponsored by the Crookston Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee.

Junior High Spring Music Festival

The annual Junior High Music Festival was held on Wednesday at Bede Ballroom on the UMC campus for several area schools, including Crookston. The bands, including the Crookston orchestra, played in the morning, with choir in the afternoon.

25 students, many of them setting foot on the U of M Crookston campus for the first time, received their online bachelors degrees during Saturday's spring commencement exercises on the Crookston campus.
