Rick and Doreen Langlois of Crookston, Minn. are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Becky, to Steve Kofoed of Little Falls, Minn., son of Jim and Gloria Kofoed.
Becky is a 2000 graduate of Crookston High School and also a US Veteran, having served in the USN for 5 years. She graduated from University of Minnesota, Crookston with a Communication Degree and is currently the Human Resource Director at Villa St. Vincent.
Steve is a 1999 graduate of Little Falls High School. He attended St. Cloud University and obtained a teaching degree; he has recently obtained his Master’s degree in Teaching from University of St. Thomas. Steve is currently a 7th & 8th Grade math teacher & coaches at Crookston High School.
The couple will be married at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, with reception to follow at the Eagles Club on October 15, 2011. The couple will reside in Crookston, Minn.
