OXBOW, N.D. (AP) — A rollover on Interstate 29 in southeast North Dakota has killed a Minnesota woman.
The Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the 93-year-old woman from Akeley, Minn., who died at the scene shortly before 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
