MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A Minot man charged with murder in connection with a weekend gun slaying has been ordered held without bond.
Twenty-four-year-old Jeremiah Tallman is charged with murder in the death of 20-year-old Joseph Sanderson of Minot.
Judge Douglas Mattson tentatively scheduled Tallman’s preliminary hearing and arraignment on Aug. 26.
Tallman told Mattson in court Monday that he has retained Minot attorney Carl Flagstad to defend him, but that Flagstad was out of town.
