FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The driver of a pickup truck that crashed into a motorcycle, killing a Fargo couple, has been charged with aggravated reckless driving.
Neil Walton of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in the April 18 crash south of Fargo.
Authorities say Walton ran a red light, and his truck collided with the motorcycle, killing Rob and Deb Baumbach.
No number was listed for Walton.
