WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A Williston man has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a child under age 15.
Fifty-six-year-old Anthony Vaughan is accused in court documents of sexually assaulting the child at least three times. He’s charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Williston police detective Cory Collins says the alleged abuse took place between July 1, 2007 and last month.
Vaughan’s being held in the Williams County jail. No number was listed for him in Williston.
If convicted, Vaughan faces up to life in prison without parole.
