VIRGINIA, Minn. (AP) — Two men are charged with attempted murder after a naked man was found burned on a street in the Iron Range town of Virginia.
Thirty-seven-year-old Corey Blake TwoCrow and 28-year-old Vince Alan Hanson were both charged Thursday.
TwoCrow and Hanson are accused of being involved in the burning of 21-year-old Forrest Dean King of Virginia. King was found lying naked on the street early Monday with his nearby clothing still smoldering. He was in critical condition Thursday.
Authorities say TwoCrow and Hanson don’t have permanent addresses.
Judge James Florey set bail at $500,000 for each defendant. The two are being held in the St. Louis County Jail pending initial court appearances Monday.
