Crookston High School's entry, "Tracks," took second-place honors in the Sub-Section 30 One-Act Play Contest Thursday at Ada-Borup High School, with Ada-Borup taking first for "If I Were Your Superhero." Seven schools had contest entries this year, the others being Fertile-Beltrami, Fisher, Norman County East, Norman County West and Ulen-Hitterdal.

Both Crookston and Ada-Borup now advance to the Section 8A contest, which will be held at East Grand Forks High School on Saturday, Feb. 4, beginning at 10 a.m. Winners of each section contest will perform at the State One Act Play Festival Feb. 9-10.
