2018 has been a great year for Legend’s Bostons out of Erskine, Minnesota.

The Wiersma/Sondrol family raises and shows Boston Terriers. They travel and compete across the United States and Canada.

This is not the first time the family has earned top honors. They previously earned Best Of Opposite at the 2013 Boston Terrier Nationals and tied for runner-up for Boston Terrier of the Year in 2015 with their foundation male.

Lisa started showing Bostons to prepare for an impending empty nest when Hanna and Jenna would go off to college.

Legend’s Bostons has now become a family affair with unique opportunities to explore North America and meet new people.

Hanna and Jenna quickly became involved with traveling and showing their dogs. It didn’t take long before Randy was involved too, showing one of their dogs to a championship title in Canada.

2018 has been particularly exciting as Lisa has shown a home-bred Boston to #1 in Minnesota and top ten in Canada, and is currently ranked #7 in the U.S.

For the second year in a row the duo has qualified to compete for Boston Terrier of the Year at the Boston Terrier Nationals.

With their latest grand champion star, Rogue, just turning two years old and their most recent puppies completing their championships before turning one year, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Legend’s Bostons.
