20th annual event will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday in the CHS Commons

    The 20th annual “Welcome Back to School Day” hosted by Crookston Public Schools will be held in the Crookston High School Commons on Thursday, Aug. 9, which means that summer vacation is officially on the home stretch.

    The event will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

    Information packets will be provided to all families of students from preschool to twelfth grade. Families will also be able to purchase activity tickets and pay breakfast and lunch fees. Credit card payments are welcome.

    Printable forms are also available at crookston.k12.mn.us.

    Information will also be available on programs offered by Crookston Public Schools including free elementary child care before and after school, and after-school programming at Highland School.

    Families new to the school district will able to get information and register for School Readiness, and kindergarten, and meet school personnel and learn more about the school district. New families are asked to bring immunization records and birth certificates.
