Caroline Hayden LLC and Real Good Bath and Body make the cut
The IDEA Competition has released the names of its 2018 finalists who are moving into the final phase of the competition, and two of them are based in Crookston.

• Real Good Bath and Body – Carol Simmons, Crookston
• Safe-D-Transfer – Duane Lillevold, Bemidji
• Summer Kitchen Supplies Inc – Mark Schultz, Bemidji
This year’s winners will be selected by a judging panel comprised of members from the three area equity funds, bankers, successful entrepreneurs, and business development professionals. The panel will choose up to three winners who will each receive $10,000 to advance their business idea, plus additional technical assistance.
Winners will be announced at the 10th Annual IDEA Competition Awards Banquet to be held April 23, from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Beaux Arts Ballroom on the campus of Bemidji State University. IDEA will also present Grant Oppegaard with the Regional Impact Award at the banquet.
