Former Crookston resident says being awarded ‘Career Cars’ never gets old, and makes a nice Christmas present this year

Mary Kay Independent Sales Director Jane Brueske of Grand Forks and formerly of Crookston has earned the use of a new Ford Fusion as a result of her outstanding achievements in her Mary Kay business.

Brueske took delivery of the new Ford Fusion, her 19th Mary Kay career car, at Christian Brothers Ford in Crookston.

Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of a career car by meeting and exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses.

Brueske began her Mary Kay business as an Independent Beauty Consultant in 1978 and as a direct result of her accomplishments, became an Independent Sales Director in 1979.

As an Independent Sales Director, she chooses to provide education, leadership and motivation to other Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and continues to offer her customers high-quality Mary Kay® products.

“The excitement of earning and picking up a brand new car never gets old and it is really a nice Christmas present at this time of year,” said Brueske. “The car is earned based on wholesale orders into the Company by my whole unit of consultants who have their own Mary Kay businesses whether full-time, part-time, or personal use. Thanks and appreciation go out to these wonderful Mary Kay business owners that I work with and all our loyal Mary Kay customers that love our products and that we love servicing.”

The Career Car Program includes the Ford Fusion, Chevy Equinox crossover, Chevy Cruze and the iconic and coveted pearlized pink Cadillac.

“Mary Kay has continued to provide a rewarding opportunity selling irresistible products and changing the lives of women around the world for more than 50 years,” said Laura Beitler, vice president of Sales for Mary Kay Inc. “The use of career cars earned by the independent sales force are just one of the ways our Independent Beauty Consultants are rewarded for their success. We are proud to recognize them for their hard work, entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to their Mary Kay businesses.”

Since the Career Car Program’s inception in 1969, more than 157,000 independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay career car. Currently there are more than 5,000 Mary Kay career cars are on the road nationwide.
