‘Uniquely Crookston’ businesses and others will have buttons for sale

Crookston Ox Cart Days 2018 festival buttons debut during Small Business Saturday at local participating businesses. This year’s buttons are all numbered and, starting January 1, numbers will be drawn weekly on the noon news on KROX Radio and displayed on Crookston Daily Times’ social media to give button purchasers a chance to win prizes.

Uniquely Crookston businesses, which include Montague’s Flower Shop, Erickson Embroidery/2nd St. Boutique, Wonderful Life Foods, Bridge Street Candle Company, Simply Boutique, Wish Upon A Star, Willow & Ivy, and This is Sew Broadway, will have the buttons for sale this Saturday, as well as Crookston Floral, Synergy, Shear Sisters, and, on December 1, Hugo’s Family Marketplace in Crookston.

“Not only do you get five plus days of entertainment during the 2018 August festival for a $5 button, but you can now win prizes for getting your buttons early,” says 2018 Crookston Ox Cart Days Chair Nell DeBoer. “One through 5,000 are numbered and we will draw for prizes weekly starting in January and possibly all the way up to the festival.”
