Rahier suggested that a flux dispensing tower be created
Richard Rahier was recently selected as the Improve DEE Excellence Award (IDEA) winner for the 1st quarter, 2017.
Rahier, who works in Permanent Mold at DEE Incorporated, won the award for his suggestion to create a flux dispensing tower. He has been an employee at Dee Inc. for 8 years, is a resident of Crookston’s and has two children Ethan (9 years old) and Logan (4 years old).
The IDEA program is a quarterly award program that recognizes employees for their suggestions to improve DEE Inc. It provides a formal method for employees to recommend improvements and for management to evaluate and implement them. The program was established in 2004 as a part of the company’s ISO 9001 program.
Rahier received a $50 gas card along with a plaque, T-shirt, and coffee cup with Dee logo for his IDEA.
Josh Isaacson also received an award for his IDEA this quarter.
