The Crookston Public Library is launching a new book club. Adults are welcome to discuss good books and drink good brew with the Crookston Public Library’s Books & Brews Book Club. We will meet and discuss a book at Drafts Sports Bar and Grill. Drafts will offer special prices on brews. Participants are responsible for the cost of their own food and drinks.

    The Books & Brews Club will be meeting on the third Tuesday of every other month. The June discussion will take place on Tuesday, June 20 at 7 p.m. and will feature Don’t You Cry by Mary Kubiac. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 15 at 7 p.m., with a discussion of What She Knew by Gilly Macmillan. Call Patty Perry to request a copy of the book and to RSVP at 281-4522.
