Crookston eighth-grader Ainsley Boucher, who spelled two words correctly on stage at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. last week, officially tied for 41st place out of the 291 spellers who made it to the national bee out of 11 million who initially competed in local bees.
