The City of Crookston and the Crookston Park Board are busy upgrading some of the Crookston parks this summer.

“This is one of the goals and services of the Park Board for 2016-17 to provide updated safe facilities and environment for all of our city parks,” said Don Cavalier, Park Board chairperson. “We will not be able to all the parks at once, but we will do one park at a time and eventually reach our goals in the future. We hope that the community of Crookston enjoys our city recreation opportunities and has a fun and safe summer."

“I would like to thank the city employees who did an excellent job of constructing this playground site and safe equipment,” Cavalier continued, in reference to improvements made at the Stearns/Five Corners Park.
