Small grains update meeting Jan. 18 in Crookston

    University of Minnesota researchers, the Minnesota Wheat Growers and the Minnesota Wheat Council at a series of smal grains meetings will deliver the latest research data to help you make better management decisions on your farm.  A meeting will be held in Crookston on Wednesday, Jan. 18, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the American Legion.
     The workshops will include information on managing weeds in wheat, glyphosate resistance and drift; marketing your spring wheat crop; 2011 spring wheat variety selection and much more. All attendees will receive informational materials.
    The meetings are free and registration is requested. Visit mallgrains.org.
