Crookston High School’s entry in this year’s MSHSL One-Act Play Competition, “Hairball,” took first place at the sub-section contest in Ada Thursday. The team, along with second-place finisher Ada, now advances to the section level. The section contest will take place Saturday, Feb, 6, at the Warren-Alvarado-Oslo high school in Warren. Before that, though, the public will get the chance to see the play performed on Monday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m. in the CHS auditorium, rescheduled from this past Monday. Admission is free, with free-will donations taken at the door.
