In an interview with CHS activities director Don Donarski today, he said he is currently focused on the upcoming referendum and the head football coaching position will be addressed in the spring. He went on to say that waiting until spring may allow a teaching position to be attached with the head coaching position with current teachers potentially retiring or leaving.
"As it stands, all we can offer right now is a head coaching position," Donarski said. "We want to attach something with it."
Donarski also pointed out that Chris Trostad's resignation is not official as it has not been brought before the school board yet.
