Katie Bartelson, donor recruitment representative from United Blood Services, said, “It is not only those who sponsor the blood drive, but the people of Crookston donating that makes the difference to patients in the hospital. You never know when a loved one or even you will need blood. We want to thank all who volunteered on July 17.”
New Flyer coordinated, sponsored and assisted with recruiting donors, publicity, providing refreshments, and registering donors. Space to hold the drive was provided at New Flyer.
Blood is for sharing; you have truly given the “Gift of Life.”
