The University of Minnesota Crookston football program will hold a high school football camp Sun., June 8 at the UMC Sports Center and on the Jim LeClair Practice Field on the campus of Minnesota Crookston.
The camp is a one day individual camp designed specifically for high school students grades 9-12. It will be a non-contact, non-padded football camp and will include: speed and agility training, combine testing, position specific coaching, individual instruction, drill work and competitive situations. Check-in for the camp will take place from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the UMC Sports Center June 8 with the camp commencing at 10 a.m. Lunch will be included. Cost for the camp is $50.
Those who attend the camp will receive instruction from members of the Golden Eagle football staff including Offensive Coordinator Robby Case, Defensive Coordinator Mark Dufner, Defensive Line Coach Levi Bullerman, Running Backs Coach Wes Nurse and Head Coach Mike Fritze. The camp will also be staffed by UMC’s athletic training staff led by Head Athletic Trainer Melanie Schulte.
