Wednesday is National Walk at Lunch Day. First Lay Betsy Dalrymple and Lt. Gov. Drew Wrigley's wife, Kathleen, are slated to lead the ceremonial first lap around the Capitol at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The effort is part of a nationwide initiative aimed at encouraging Americans to take time to walk on their lunch breaks to help improve their health.
