  • Olivia Davidson and her dog Saturday morning check out Central Park, which was inundated by the Red Lake River on Friday, mostly due to jammed ice. Largely due to ice-related issues, the river rose to 21.25 feet later on Friday, but once the ice gave way it dropped in rapid fashion. Monday morning it was approaching a depth of 12 feet, and National Weather Service hydrologists expect the river level to continue to steadily drop.
