Waldner escapes serious injury, Ross and Boe not hurt.

A Fisher woman suffered non-life threatening injuries and a Crookston man and woman escaped injury in a head-on collision minutes before 10 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 2 west of Crookston.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Darla Waldner, 43, of Fisher was eastbound in the westbound lanes of Highway 2 in a 2008 Dodge Caravan when she collided head-on with a 2007 GMC Sierra pickup driven by Steven Ross, 59, of Crookston.
