  •     High school is coming to an end and it’s time for seniors to start their futures!
Being the oldest class in the high school and looked up to by the underclassmen, I remember coming to the high school and thinking right away that I wanted to be a senior. I wanted to drive a car and go to prom. I couldn’t wait to become an adult.
Many of us seniors will be heading off in different directions, going to college or maybe going into your profession right away. I never thought it would come this quickly.
We have just a few weeks left of our high school career and then it’s all done for us. We have to decide what we want to be and where we want to see ourselves in the future. I couldn’t of asked for a better senior class and senior year!
My advice for the classes coming up is don’t say you wish you were a senior right away. Your time will come and you’ll miss being a freshman. Have fun being a freshmen or sophomore while you can.
Other advice for the underclassmen is just stay in school. I know it’s hard sometimes, but I can guarantee it gets easier and you’ll be glad that you stayed in school. Make sure to take the classes that will help in your future plans. Just because you take serious classes that you need your senior year doesn’t mean you can’t have fun your senior year. In senior English you get to make a scrapbook that’s actually fun. You get to look at all your memories that you captured with a camera. If you take WCHS with Mrs. Grove you can make your own personal video for your graduation reception or just for yourself.
Around March or April, start planning your Graduation reception, so you can have that all done.         Taking your senior pictures is one of the funniest, but also saddest times because you’ll realize how fast time flies and you’re not a little kid anymore.
Thank you Senior Class of 2014! I wish you all the best of luck and thank you for all the memories I’ll never forget them.
