Drugs, guns, cash and paraphernalia seized.

    Four people were arrested and drugs, two guns and cash were seized by authorities in Crookston on Thursday when three search warrants were executed, two at apartments on Summit Avenue and one at an apartment on Alexander Street.

    Officers in the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force conducted the first two searches in an apartment at 334 Summit Ave. and another apartment at 411 Summit Ave. They were assisted by the Crookston Police Department and Polk County Sheriff's Office. The searches were the result of an investigation over the past couple months.

    Taken into custody were Anthony McCullough, Anthony Thomas, Cynthia Cardona-Gomez, and Kenisha Loston.

    According to authorities, marijuana, cocaine, a semi-automatic pistol and cash were seized in the search at 334 Summit, and drug paraphernalia was seized during the search at 411 Summit. As a result of the first two searches, a third search warrant was obtained and executed at an apartment located at 1010 Alexander St., and authorities report that another semi-automatic handgun was seized.

    Formal charges are pending against the four suspects.
