Many special people make it possible.
On behalf of the Russell R.O.C.K.S. team I would like to thank a number of people for making our 4th Annual Suicide Awareness Event very special.
First all the team member of RRF deserve a "job well done" It takes a group of dedicated individuals working together to make these events come together.
Our event this past Saturday was centered around the beautiful "remembrance" bench which was dedicated to the city of Crookston and community by Dale Stainbrook. Grateful for the support and insight of Shannon Stassen, Nell DeBoer and the beautification committee, Scott Riopelle and crew who put the bench together and prepared the concrete and assisted in finding just the right location.
Your support for this bench to be added to the community was there from the start and the collaboration worked smoothly.
Thank you to Trinity Church for the usage of facilities as a start and ending location for the event and those who helped serve refreshments.
We hope all in the community will utilize this beautiful bench. Its location offers a place to stop, relax and remember the loved ones lost to suicide.
We believe we are making a difference and your support, ideas and passion for such an important cause means so much to us all.
