  • Area raptor expert Tim Driscoll on Thursday, today, will be attaching research bands to baby kestrels, the smallest North American falcon, in Kennedy and near the Agassiz Audubon Center outside of Warren.  Agassiz Audubon Center Director Heidi Hughes tells the Times that Agassiz Audubon would like to expand the Community Nest Watch Project to more communities in northwest Minnesota and is in search of more volunteers to help build and monitor more nest boxes.
