The Forum newspaper reports that 23-year-old Damon White Bird also has pleaded not guilty to felony felonious restraint and aggravated assault charges, as well as a misdemeanor count of tampering with physical evidence.

Authorities say one victim in the alleged attack in April suffered a skull fracture and internal bleeding. The other suffered puncture wounds to various parts of his body.
