Police released surveillance video images, sought public's help.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with burglaries at Montague's Flower Shop and the Rainbow Coffee House in downtown Crookston over two days late last year, on Nov. 11-12.

Crookston Police Chief Tim Motherway said Crookston Leo Stanley Munter, 20, will make his first appearance in Ninth District Court Wednesday to be charged with one count of first degree burglary, two counts of second degree burglary, and one count of fourth degree criminal damage to property. He faces three burglary-related counts because he's accused of burglarizing Montague's Flower Shop twice.

During the investigation last November, the CPD released still images captured from surveillance video that showed the suspect entering and exiting the Rainbow Coffee House through a window, and asked for the public's help in identifying the suspect.

During the investigation, according to the CPD, Munter emerged as a suspect and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
