  •  Bond has been set at $50,000 cash for a Virginia man accused of driving drunk and crashing into a party bus, injuring more than a dozen people.
    The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/11OzRDo) that 31-year-old James Frank Warner Jr., was charged Monday with felony reckless endangerment and several misdemeanor charges stemming from the early Saturday morning crash.
    Warner Jr. was also charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
    Authorities say Warner Jr. was driving southbound on Highway 1806 about 15 miles south of Bismarck when he hit a party bus carrying 24 people. Another car collided with the Warner Jr.'s car shortly after the initial crash.
    Seventeen people were taken to local hospitals.
