There are lots of activities to keep the kids occupied during summer vacation.

Even though spring has just started to spring, it is time to think summer - summer activity registration, that is. On Wednesday, April 24 from 5 to 8 p.m., the second annual Crookston Summer Registration Day will be held at the Crookston Sports Center.

The purpose of this registration day is convenience. Parents in the community will have the opportunity to register their children for summer programs all at one time. Childcare will be available during the event, as well as concessions provided by the Crookston Blue Line Club, featuring a "Super Special" of a hot dog, chips and pop for $5.

Programs and activity groups in attendance will include:
    •    Civil Air Patrol Crookston Composite Squadron MN 134
    •    Crookston Blue Line Club
    •    Crookston Community Pool
